Upcoming Showcase Opportunities

This is a great opportunity for partner companies to showcase their technologies, engage with the public, and boost brand exposure. We are looking for Halloween-themed activations, including VR/AR experiences, STEAM workshops, and robotics showcases and more.

Target Audience: Kids, Families, Students, pet families and Mass Public

HKSTP Marketing Support: In-park OOH (posters/screens), website/app, social media, PR, and KOC arrangements.

Event 1:

Halloween Event 2026 Alien Foodie Adventure at Science Park for Tech Workshop & Showcases

(2025 Event Reference: 嘩鬼魔法科學園)

Dates & Times:
- Oct 30 (Fri): 16:00 – 20:00
- Oct 31 (Sat): 14:00 – 21:30
- Nov 1 (Sun): 14:00 – 20:00
Location: Grand Plaza, G/F, Building 12W (Outdoor)
Format: VR/AR games, STEAM workshops (~10–15 pax/session), AI/robotics interactive zones, or B2C retail displays.
Mechanism: In-park spending redemption for workshops / Open walk-in for showcases & retail.

Event 2: Halloween Joint Promotion with Holiday Smart & PetCity – 毛神神萬聖搞鬼大賞

(2025 reference: 毛神神大獎2025)

Dates & Times: Oct 31 – Nov 1 (Sat–Sun)
Time: 12:00 – 18:00
Location: Amphitheatre (Pet showcases in 1E Lobby outside Fairwood)
Format: Interactive tech demos for pet, pet workshops, pet related B2C sales (food, supplement etc), and pet-related company showcases.

HKSTP Support & Partner Requirements

HKSTP Provides: Venue setup, basic AV/power support only.
Partner Requirements: Provide instructors/staff, interactive equipment, and activity content.

Event 3: Brand New Pet Zone

Target Launch Date: Late November
Location: 1E Near Starbucks
Format: Interactive tech demos for pet, pet workshops, pet related B2C sales (food, supplement etc), and pet-related company showcases.

HKSTP Support & Partner Requirements

HKSTP Provides: Venue setup, basic AV/power support only.
Partner Requirements: Provide instructors/staff, interactive equipment, and activity content.
